These Terms of Service govern your use of solomonmktg.com and the services provided by SOLOMON / MKTG, a marketing agency operated by Seventh Group LLC (“SOLOMON,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Services

SOLOMON / MKTG provides digital marketing services, including paid advertising, search and local optimization, website and funnel development, marketing automation, and consulting. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in a separate service agreement or proposal.

Payment & Fees

Invoices are due on receipt unless a net term is specified. Advertising spend and management fees may be billed separately. Recurring services are billed at the start of each billing cycle. Services may be paused after seven days of non-payment. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to the accounts and assets needed to deliver the work
• Review and approve creative and assets in a reasonable timeframe
• Supply accurate and complete business information
• Respond to requests within approximately 48 business hours
• Ensure all materials you provide comply with applicable laws

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the custom deliverables created for you. SOLOMON / MKTG retains ownership of its proprietary processes, templates, frameworks, and internal tools. We may use anonymized, aggregate performance data for portfolio and case-study purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Disclaimers

Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We make no guarantee of specific leads, conversions, or revenue. Services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

Month-to-month engagements may be terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice. Fixed-term agreements follow the terms stated in their service agreement. We may suspend or terminate services immediately for non-payment.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California.
